About

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Sword & Sorcery stories featuring assassins and thieves of all types. Ideally the stories will feature a magical item with great or mysterious powers. Think of ancient ruins, shadowy catacombs, dark alleys, a murdered partner in crime, a treasure chest with glowing runes ... any shadowy fantasy setting. Endings don't have to be happy ones. Think Forgotten Realms(tm) or Dragonlance(tm) for period and mood, but please use your own original characters and worlds. WHAT AREN'T WE LOOKING FOR? The Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch. If you want an explosion, cast a fireball. No guns or steam punk. No unrealistic fight scenes---assassins and thieves don't tend to get into lengthy battles with lots of opponents.
