Looking for well-written, plot-driven stories, with well-developed characters. We want to see original ideas and story concepts, not rehashes. I like stories that explore new territory or offer a new perspective. Some of my favorite writers are Patricia Briggs, Charles De Lint, Charlaine Harris, Laurell K. Hamilton, and J. D. Robb. I like elegantly-crafted prose, but remember: stories do need well-developed characters and plot no matter how lovely the writing style may be.
