Literary Open to all / most themes We welcome submissions. We commission or translate our own poetry and, in general, do not publish critical or academic work except on commission. On the other hand, we are open to submissions in almost any field, the basic criterion for acceptance being the quality of the writing. We are VERY elitist & literary, and people wanting to submit should look at the magazine first. We do pay; we are not quick responders; we come out irregularly.
