If you do not sign up for our email newsletter or if you unsubscribe from it, we will only contact you as required to provide requested services or to inform you about your account (such as replying to a question or comment that you sent to us, sending payment receipts and invoices, or to send your login information when you request it).
For Agents, Editors, and Publishers
We keep a contact email address for each publication or agent listing on file. This email address is not available to the public; only our admins have access to it.
Periodically (no more than a few times a year), we may email you regarding our listing for your publication or agency (for example, to check for accuracy or to inform you of new features). If you do not wish for us to send these occasional messages, please just let us know. If you ask us not to contact you again, we will also change the status of your listing with us to "removed at editor/agent's request."
